Jeanne joined the firm in 2009 as special counsel after practicing in the San Jose, California and Washington D.C. offices of Ernst & Young for over ten years. Jeanne has an extensive background in corporate taxation, and has consulted on transactions for both publicly traded and closely-held companies, including tax-free reorganizations, taxable acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, and debt offerings. Jeanne also has experience with tax issues related to cross border transactions and corporations filing consolidated returns. At Gravel and Shea, Jeanne focuses her practice on the areas of tax law and estate planning.
