Roman Sidortsov joined Gravel and Shea following graduation from Vermont Law School. During law school, Mr. Sidortsov concentrated in the areas of environmental and energy law and completed his coursework in two years.

Roman began his legal career in the Russian Federation after receiving his first law degree from Irkutsk State University. In Russia, Mr. Sidortsov worked as in-house counsel for an American non-profit organization, specializing in corporate, labor, and tax matters. Roman continued his legal career in Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona, where he focused on U.S. and global corporate immigration law. At Gravel and Shea, his work involves all manner of transactional matters.
