Paralegal
Colleen earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Vermont. She completed her Paralegal Certificate Studies from Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York. Colleen enjoys understanding more about the ever-changing land development in Vermont while still being able to preserve the historical, cultural and natural features that this state provides. At Gravel and Shea, Colleen is a member of the firm’s real estate department. She assists attorneys with title research by examining and analyzing physical and digital records of commercial and residential properties.
