A physician returning from his shift at the UVM Medical Center crossed the center line on North Avenue and struck head on a car in which Gravel & Shea’s clients, a grandmother and granddaughter, were traveling. The doctor claimed he had swerved to avoid an animal. The cases, handled by Gravel & Shea attorney Robert Hemley, settled for the policy limits.
