Real Estate Associate

We’re seeking a Real Estate law associate to join us at our Burlington, VT office, supporting all aspects of our sophisticated and broad commercial and residential real estate practice.

What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience practicing commercial and residential real estate law
  • Your active membership of a state bar in good standing
  • Intellectual curiosity

Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a paralegal for a fast-paced position in our diverse litigation practice.

What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree -OR- 3 + years of experience as a paralegal
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent writing, grammar, communication, and organizational skills
  • A willingness to adapt quickly to challenging and stimulating assignments, including the flexibility to work with multiple attorneys
  • A strong work ethic, good time management skills, and ability to take initiative
  • Experience with Odyssey e-filing system and NetDocuments are a plus, but not required
