Overview
Our family law attorneys are able to handle all areas of family law involving both contested and uncontested matters in divorce and parentage matters. Amanda Hemley and experienced paralegals at the firm believe in the importance of working collaboratively with clients and opposing counsel to resolve matters, where possible, outside of the courtroom.
However, because doing so is not always possible, we are ready to apply our family law litigation experience when litigation is necessary. Amanda, an experienced litigator, previously worked as a State’s Attorney in Miami Dade County and tried over twenty jury trials. Amanda returned to Vermont in 2012 and has been practicing family law ever since.
