The real estate attorneys at Gravel & Shea bring many years of experience to a broad range of real estate transactions. We assist clients with all phases of developing properties, from the initial planning through the permit process to final occupancy.
Our attorneys have represented clients in a variety of real estate projects throughout Vermont, including acquisition, financing, development and disposition of properties ranging from summer camps to shopping centers, multi-tenant commercial properties and residential real estate developments. We have acted as primary counsel and local counsel for the acquisition, operation, development and sale of several significant Vermont commercial properties, including some of the major ski resorts in the state.
