E. Kendall Enersen-Watts

E. “Kendall” Enersen-Watts joined Gravel & Shea as an associate in 2023 after graduating from Vermont Law School. She is a member of the firm’s real estate department, where she assists real estate clients in acquisition, financing, permitting, development management, leasing and sale of commercial, residential and industrial properties. Kendall assists clients in the development and management of condominiums and other common interest ownership regimes.

Prior to joining Gravel & Shea, Kendall worked at a boutique Vermont law firm specializing in residential real estate services including, title work, permitting issues, purchases and sales. She assisted clients in estate planning and business formation. While attending law school, Kendall worked as a clinician with the Vermont Law School Energy Clinic where she focused on drafting land lease agreements and operating agreements for ground-mounted, community solar projects. Kendall interned for the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), Region Two Division in their Hazardous Waste and Toxics Department. While at the EPA, Kendall assisted the department in settling violation disputes related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (“TSCA”) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (“RCRA”).
