Bio
Peter Erly moved from Atlanta, Georgia, where he practiced securities law, to Vermont in 1987. He was with Gravel & Shea from that time until his retirement from the firm on January 1, 2026.
Peter has extensive experience in business formation and representation, investment management, and mergers and acquisitions.
