Our real estate lawyers assist developers, homeowners, homeowner associations and managers in the creation, operation and governance of common interest communities throughout Vermont pursuant to Vermont Common Interest Ownership Act (27A VSA 1-101 et seq.). We have experience with the formation of all types of common interest communities, including residential projects, conversions of existing buildings into common interest communities and the establishment of commercial common interest communities, including ski resorts and commercial/lifestyle centers.
