We have substantial experience in advising issuers and investors of debt and equity financings.
Our representation has encompassed both the corporate and securities aspects of these transactions, and we represent both investors and issuers of securities on a regular basis. Attorneys in our financings group also represent commercial lenders in a wide variety of business lending transactions involving companies of all sizes. We regularly represent banks, federally-licensed small business investment companies, and other types of institutional lenders. We also have represented numerous borrowers in the same types of transactions.
