Overview

Due to their success as trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants, lawyers in the litigation department at Gravel & Shea are often called upon to serve as mediators in matters pending in both state and federal courts.

David Boyd has significant experience quickly learning legal issues, understanding the positions and goals of diverse parties, and building consensus to resolve matters. He is a member of the federal panel of Early Neutral Evaluators and is committed to using best practices to maximize the likelihood of success in his mediations. To that end, David recently attended the weeklong Harvard Mediation Intensive Program hosted by the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law.
