Eleanor B. Moody

Eleanor Moody joined Gravel & Shea as an associate in 2025 after graduating from Vermont Law School. She is a member of the firm’s corporate department. Her practice focuses on business formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.

 

While attending law school, Eleanor was a Social Justice Mission Scholar, where she collaborated with Migrant Justice and the Center for Justice Reform Clinic to assist with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases. Eleanor also externed for the Vermont Attorney General’s Office, assisting attorneys in the Civil Rights Unit with drafting documents, conducting legal research, and interviewing complainants.  Before law school, Eleanor worked for a law firm in Burlington specializing in corporate law.
