Zach Berger joined Gravel & Shea as an associate in 2021 after graduating from Vermont Law School. He is a member of the firm’s business department, where he advises and assists clients with business formations, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other investment activities. Zach also specializes in land use and energy law and helps counsel clients through permitting and regulatory compliance work.
While attending law school, Zach helped develop solar projects — both in-house with a Vermont solar developer and as a clinician with the Vermont Law School Energy Clinic — and served as a law clerk with the Office of the Vermont Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Division.
