Gravel & Shea welcomes E. Kendall Enersen-Watts as an associate in the firm’s real estate department, where she assists real estate clients in acquisition, financing, permitting, development, management, leasing, and sale of commercial, residential and industrial properties.
“We are so pleased to have Kendall’s experience and energy on our team,” Michelle Farkas, Shareholder, says. “She’s jumped right in and will help to provide the highest level of service to Gravel & Shea clients.” Prior to joining Gravel & Shea, Kendall worked at a boutique Vermont law firm specializing in residential real estate services including title work, permitting issues, purchases, and sales. Kendall graduated from Vermont Law and Graduate School where she earned her J.D. and Master of Environmental Law and Policy in 2021. As a student she worked with the Vermont Law and Graduate School Energy Clinic, drafting land lease agreements and operating agreements for ground-mounted, community solar projects. Additionally, Kendall interned for the Environmental Protection Agency, Region Two Division, in their Hazardous Waste and Toxics Department. While at the EPA, Kendall assisted the department in settling violation disputes related to the Toxic Substances Control Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
