Bio

Hethba Fatnassi joined Gravel & Shea in 2022 to practice in the Trusts, Estates, and Probate department. She was admitted to the Vermont Bar in January of 2018.

Prior to joining Gravel & Shea, Hethba practiced law at a mid-size South Burlington, Vermont law firm as the lead attorney for the business and estate planning practice areas. In addition to estate planning, Hethba’s work also included the representation of several hundred small-to-mid-size businesses (formation, governance, mergers/conversions, acquisitions, and dissolutions), federal trademark registration and maintenance, and real estate services, including commercial property purchases/financing transactions, sales, leasing, and subdivision/planned unit project development.
