Overview
Our real estate lawyers work with borrowers of both institutional and non-institutional lenders to structure, negotiate and restructure commercial real estate financing transactions. We also serve as local counsel to out-of-state lenders, advising on compliance with Vermont law. Our team has experience with many financing mechanisms, including acquisition and construction loans, tax credit financings, term loans and leasehold financings.
